RABBITTRUST · PRINTABLE WORKSHEET
One round. Clear records.
A reusable observation and weighing checklist. Blank worksheet, not veterinary instructions.
Rabbitry: ________________________ Date: ______________ Caretaker: __________________
1. Before you start
- Match each rabbit to its name and stable private identifier.
- Check the scale, measurement unit and actual observation date.
- Use comparable weighing conditions and safe handling; stop if the animal is distressed.
- Record only what you observed. Unknown is not the same as normal or zero.
2. Write observations, not diagnoses
| Rabbit / ID | Time | Weight + unit (if measured) | Observation / follow-up |
|---|---|---|---|
Possible observations: water access, food intake, droppings, behaviour, housing condition, action taken. Example wording: “Water bowl refilled at 08:00”; not “healthy” without evidence.
3. Save and check
- In Rabbitry Manager, open “Record multiple rabbit weights.”
- Confirm the unit/date. Enter measured weights; leave other rabbits blank.
- Save the current page before navigating away.
- Check the corresponding Health & Growth timelines after saving.
- Correct a typo in the original entry; do not add another value to cancel it.
- Give follow-up actions a responsible person and date. Keep completed records private.

A record or graph cannot diagnose illness. For a concerning or sudden change, contact a rabbit-experienced veterinarian promptly. Do not delay care to finish this worksheet.
